Printer Not Printing on Windows 11? Fix It
A stuck print queue causes most 'printer not printing' problems. Clear it, then check the connection and driver.
1. Clear the stuck queue
Open Terminal as administrator.
net stop spooler
del /Q %systemroot%\System32\spool\PRINTERS\*
net start spooler
2. Check it's the default and online
Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Printers & scanners > your printer. Make sure it isn't paused or offline.
Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Printers & scanners
3. Wi-Fi printer not found
Restart the printer and router, make sure both are on the same network, then Add device again.
Printers & scanners > Add device
4. Reinstall the driver
Remove the printer, then install the latest driver from the manufacturer's site.
FAQ
